Join AWP Japan as a Senior Network Development Specialist driving supplier excellence in roadside assistance. You’ll lead supplier coordination, pricing negotiations, and system operations that safeguard customer mobility.

Onsite in Shinagawa Seaside, Tokyo, with occasional business trips.

Make an immediate impact as a proactive, trusted external liaison.

 

 

What You'll Do

 

  • Coordinate and visit suppliers; manage relationships, performance, and occasional business trips.
  • Negotiate pricing agreements; resolve damage claims and complaints professionally.
  • Operate and test dedicated supplier systems; implement operational adjustments.
  • Register and manage data in internal core systems; compile reports for initiatives.
  • Streamline workflows; provide operational guidance to associates when needed.
  • Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.

 

 

What You'll Bring

 

  • Native-level Japanese; polished business etiquette and negotiation communication skills.
  • 3+ years B2B sales or supplier management, ideally in automotive sectors.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; basic Word and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Proactive, deadline-driven, with planning, execution, and teamwork strengths.
