Our Opportunity:

The incumbent will be part of the digital transformation of Allianz Insurance Singapore and support the team to delivery key strategic initiative for the year:

- Supporting the business operations and strategic initiatives

- Handling the documentations

- Exploring opportunities for process automation

 

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Gather data, analyze business processes, and interpret data to support business operations.
  • Monitor and swiftly respond to business operations and alerts, ensuring rapid resolution.
  • Assist in documenting and categorizing with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Assist in analyzing trends to proactively identify and address recurring issues.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and vendors to ensure requests are handled and resolved within timelines.
  • Work with vendors and understand the solutions proposed and communicate to business.
  • Assist in translating business needs into technical specifications
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on project progress and business requirements.
  • Support user roles management activities, ensuring access permissions align with organizational policies.
  • Conduct periodic user access reviews to ensure compliance with security policies and access controls.
  • Identify opportunities for automation on existing processes.
  • Develop proof-of-concept solutions or recommendations for automation to improve efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on automation initiatives and outcomes.

 

Qualifications & Capabilities:

  • Undergraduate with Bachelors in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Attention to detail and patience when dealing with various queries.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in documentation and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, insurance process and principles.
  • Hands on experience on tools like SNOW, Jira, Confluence, and Insurance software.
  • Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage to all job roles.
  • Prior exposure to Insurance business process is advantageous.
