As a Consultant, you will help Allianz businesses solve complex problems, drive initiatives and implement change. You will play a key role in enabling our customers to progress towards their strategic direction and ambitions.

You will own individual workstreams or support alongside senior colleagues and stakeholders in transformation projects, steer project teams towards goals, drive content creation, turn analysis into clear recommendations and create solutions; delivering consulting excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will develop depth of knowledge in Insurance and support colleagues in internal operational activities and business development opportunities. You will function as part of a vibrant and diverse team of Consultants who will guide and mentor you as part of your Allianz journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Contribute to end-to-end project delivery by performing high‑quality analysis, problem‑solving, and structured project management tasks. Ensure deliverables are completed with accuracy, attention to detail, and within agreed timelines to drive outcomes.

• Client Engagement: Cultivate client relationships, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to meet their strategic direction; act as a trusted advisor by providing well-structured insights and recommendations.

• AI Fluency: Use Generative AI tools to enhance research quality, accelerate data analysis, and improve the drafting of presentations and deliverables. Apply AI responsibly and creatively to streamline workflows and elevate consulting output.
• Business Development: Contribute to the creation of pitch materials, capability decks, and help articulate Allianz Consulting’s value proposition through compelling storytelling and data‑driven insights.
• Uphold Team Culture: Contribute to a healthy team environment, overall effectiveness and Allianz Consulting’s success by actively participating in internal initiatives and supporting operational activities.
• Knowledge Development: Build expertise in core strategic areas relevant to Allianz and the insurance industry. Support the development of innovative concepts, frameworks, and solutions for recurring challenges.

Key Requirements

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with 1–2 years of experience in management consulting, advisory, insurance, project/project management roles, or business/finance-related functions; exposure to the insurance value chain, agile delivery, project management and process improvement are a plus.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong capability in structured problem solving, data-driven analysis, and conceptual thinking; able to synthesize insights and facilitate discussions effectively. Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong stakeholder engagement abilities, including communication, moderation, facilitation, and presentation; comfortable working with senior team members and leaders.
• Project & Team Work: Demonstrated project planning and coordination skills; able to work both independently and collaboratively in diverse, international team environments.
• Deliverable Creation: Proficiency in developing high-quality PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and other written deliverables.
• AI Literacy: Foundational proficiency in the responsible use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT), the ability to prompt effectively and integrate AI into daily work activities is advantageous.
• Personal Attributes: Proactive, creative, self-driven, and adaptable with the ability to contribute in a fast paced consulting environment.
• Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English is required; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
