Job Purpose

The health intern will support the Health team in analyzing data, performing calculations, doing research and assisting with strategic health programs. The role offers hands on experience in the health insurance industry and hone your skills in structuring and solving problems. You will collaborate with various external and internal stakeholders to support the regional team in different projects. To be successful, you will need to be curious, agile and very fast, and in exchange, we will ensure you gain insights and practical experience in the financial services and insurance industry. 

 

What you do

  • Assisting in the data preparation and analysis of health activities.   
  • Analyse data to test business hypothesis and guide decision making 
  • Participate in projects that enhance your understanding of health insurance business. 
  • Manage internal stakeholders across the region.
  • Any other duties as needed.  
     

 

What you bring

  • Analytical, curious, and structured problem‑solver; comfortable working with data.
  • Excellent command of Excel, PPT, Power BI. Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, CoPilot) to complete Excel / PPT tasks is a significant plus. 
  • Self-driven and independent working style
  • Effective communication skills with a team-oriented approach
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communicator; able to collaborate in a fast‑paced, regional environment.
  • Ability to think logically and perform calculations in a timely manner. 
  • Ability to comprehend statistical concepts 
  • Ability to work with AI related productivity enhancement tools, e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot etc.
  • Pursuing undergraduate degree in Management, Business, Data Science / Analytics, Health management, or public health. Preference will be given to candidate who has just completed the second year of their degree, and able to start immediately.
    Candidate will be asked to go through a case interview
