Intern - Information Technology

The role is responsible for supporting the delivery and implementation of regional agentic AI use cases across key insurance functions, including policy servicing, onboarding, and claims. This position ensures that all AI initiatives comply with Responsible AI governance standards, contributes to solution architecture design, and coordinates with Operating Entities (OEs) and delivery partners to maintain project progress.

What you do

Support Delivery of Agentic AI Use Cases
Assist in driving and coordinating the delivery of regional agentic AI projects across policy servicing, onboarding, and claims functions to ensure timely and effective implementation.

Ensure Responsible AI Governance Compliance
Monitor and ensure all AI initiatives adhere to Responsible AI governance processes, guidelines, and risk controls.

Develop AI Solution Architecture Materials
Contribute to drafting and maintaining AI solution architecture diagrams and related technical documentation.

Stakeholder & Project Coordination
Work closely with OEs, delivery partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables remain on track.

Project Meeting & Action Item Management
Attend project meetings and discussions, document all action items, follow up with responsible parties, and ensure timely closure of tasks.

What you bring

1. Basic understanding of data concepts (e.g., databases, analytics, AI/ML basics). Experiences with Python, SQL or data tools are a plus.
2. Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) — even basic coursework.
3. Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
4. Strong interest in Data, AI, or Enterprise Architecture topics. 
5. Understanding of IT architecture concepts (e.g., systems, integrations, APIs) is preferred.
6. Experiences completing school projects related to data analytics, AI, or system design would be useful.
7. University undergraduates are welcome to apply.
