Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly analytical and curious intern to support the AZAP Regional
Team within Market Management, Sales and Customer Growth. This role is ideal for
someone who is passionate about data-driven decision-making and wants hands-on
exposure to how customer experience, growth strategy, and commercial performance
come together at a regional level.
You will work closely with regional stakeholders to deep dive into Net Promoter Score
(NPS) drivers, identify root causes behind customer advocacy and dissatisfaction, and
translate insights into clear, actionable next best actions. In parallel, the role will focus
on customer growth optimization across channels and product mix to drive sustainable,
value-led growth in the region.

This is a 6-month internship.

What you do

Customer Experience & NPS Analytics

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into NPS performance across key markets, channels,
    and customer segments.
  • Identify key drivers of promoter, passive, and detractor behaviour through rootcause
    analysis.
  • Translate analytical findings into strategic insights and prioritized next best actions
    for markets.
  • Support storytelling of insights through clear, compelling dashboards and
    presentations.

Customer Growth & Commercial Analytics

  • Analyze customer growth trends by channel and product mix across the region.
Identify opportunities to drive sustainable growth, focusing on value creation
    rather than volume alone.
  • Use data to highlight churn risk, retention challenges, and moments where new
    customer acquisition is most effective.
  • Partner with regional and local teams to assess the effectiveness of growth
    initiatives.

Performance Tracking & Tool Development

  • Design and build a regional performance tracking tool (e.g. Excel, Power BI,
Tableau, or similar) to monitor growth initiatives.
  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to track progress, impact, and
    outcomes consistently across markets.
  • Support ongoing updates, governance, and continuous improvement of the
    tracking approach.

What you will gain

  • Hands-on experience working on real regional growth and customer experience
    challenges.
  • Exposure to senior regional stakeholders and market leadership teams.
  • Opportunity to shape analytics-led decision-making and leave behind tangible
    tools and frameworks.
  • A strong foundation in customer-centric, value-driven growth strategy.

What you bring

  • Strong data analytics skills, with hands-on experience in tools such as Excel,
Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar.
  • Ability to structure complex problems and perform root cause and driver analysis
with strong critical thinking skills to drive actionable insights
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and large, multi-market datasets.
  • Clear communication skills – able to translate data into insights for non-technical
    audiences.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Analytics,
    Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience with customer metrics such as NPS, churn, retention, or
    acquisition funnels is a plus.
  • Exposure to data analytics and root cause analytics as well as developing
    dashboards and tracking tools
  • Interest in regional strategy and working across diverse APAC markets.
