Join our international medical assistance team and help travellers in their most vulnerable moments. As an Administrative Medical Agent, you'll be at the heart of our operations, supporting customers worldwide during medical emergencies covered by their travel insurance.

Internship Period: June - September 2026 (minimum 2 months commitment required).
What you do
As part of our dedicated team, your responsibilities will include:
• Receive and manage medical emergency cases from customers abroad.
• Provide expert advice and assistance to customers via email, guiding them through stressful situations with care and professionalism.
• Document all actions in our internal case management system, ensuring accurate and complete records.
• Review and verify documentation including medical reports, insurance policies, and other critical information.
• Coordinate with global service providers including doctors, hospitals, and other Allianz business units worldwide.
• Utilize digital tools and AI-supported systems to streamline processes and enhance customer service delivery.

Experience & Knowledge
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus (but not required—we provide full training!).
• Fluent in German & English (mandatory).
• Additional languages are highly valued: Romanian, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Serbo-Croatian, or other European languages.
• Good geographical knowledge and affinity for the travel industry.
• Understanding of medical or healthcare environments is beneficial but not required.
Availability & Flexibility
• Minimum 2-month commitment (within the period June-September 2026)
• Flexibility to work day shifts (no night shifts required)
