What you do
- Assist in managing digital banking functionalities, products, and channels, including online and mobile banking, as well as payment accounts interfaces.
- Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the bank's product range within the Digital Channels business line. Contribute to proposals for new products and services.
- Conduct regular monitoring and analysis of market and economic trends, focusing on the bank’s main competitors and the broader banking environment, to support the introduction or update of banking products in electronic channels.
- Prepare change requests for implementing new functions or improving existing ones. Develop detailed business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and test scenarios for software development projects.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new developments, including ongoing projects, and assist in resolving application defects.
- Monitor the functioning of key components of the systems under management, detect defects, and support their resolution. Analyze and optimize statistics collection, operability, productivity, and unauthorized access.
- Collaborate with partners and suppliers of the Bank. Participate in meetings and workshops with vendors.
- Coordinate with business departments and teams engaged in the implementation of new products and services through e-banking. Ensure continuous communication with business units about e-banking marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in the planning, design, and execution of events and materials, such as meetings, manuals, guidelines, and procedures directly related to customer service and experience. Provide support for electronic banking services—online and mobile banking channels, and specialized payment account access interfaces.
What you bring
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant role
- Understanding of banking digital channels and products, along with awareness of the financial and regulatory framework.
- Knowledge and experience with systems for organizing, documenting, and tracking task performance.
- Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Strong analytical thinking, client service focus, and a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, with a working level of English.
