Card Products Manager

What you do:

• Lead and support projects related to licensing activities and the introduction of new card products and services
• Participate in the development, launch, and servicing of card products
• Analyze customer needs and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities
• Conduct market research, monitor economic trends, and gather statistical data
• Develop and update methodological guidelines for card product servicing and contribute to portfolio optimization

• Prepare materials (meeting briefs, manuals, policies, procedures) related to card servicing for internal stakeholders and end customers

• Generate reports on product and service usage and performance
• Coordinate and actively collaborate with internal teams and International Card Organizations (Mastercard, Visa)

What you bring:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, or a Technical field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in card operations processing, card scheme servicing, banking products, product management, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and international card organization standards (Mastercard & Visa)
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and AI tools (ChatGPT, Colpilot)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Experience with digital transformation processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration abilities
