What you do

When servicing government securities (GS) and foreign securities trading:

  • Send settlement messages for securities by providing directions with specified securities accounts via S.W.I.F.T.
  • Prepare payment orders for transferring funds from accounts held at the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) or another correspondent bank.
  • Prepare confirmations for executed trades and ensure their delivery to counterparties via S.W.I.F.T.

When servicing trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE):

  • Process incoming contracts, orders, and instructions for securities, prioritize and organize them accordingly.
  • Open securities accounts for clients in the ABB registry, as well as client securities accounts in the registry of the respective depository institution linked to Allianz Bank Bulgaria AD’s account (Central Depository).
  • Generate and send messages to the respective depository institution (Central Depository AD) for the registration of trades or securities transfers.

When servicing money market trading:

  • Prepare payment orders for transferring funds from accounts held at the BNB or another correspondent bank and monitor the receipt of funds in accordance with the terms and deadlines of executed trades.
  • Ensure the dispatch of payment orders via S.W.I.F.T. or another approved communication channel after authorization by a designated employee.
  • Ensure the dispatch of executed trades via S.W.I.F.T. or another approved communication channel. 

 

What you bring

  • Higher education in Economics, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Professional experience in the same or a similar position is desirable.
  • Knowledge of regulations governing payments in local and foreign currencies.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
  • Ability to use ChatGPT.
  • Ability to make effective decisions and work well in a team.
