Customer Value Management Lead
Sofia- Srebarna 16, BG
What you do
- Define and execute the customer value management strategy — aligning segmentation, retention, and growth initiatives with the Bank's commercial priorities
- Build and maintain a Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) framework, using it to prioritize resources and guide strategic decisions across segments
- Design retention and loyalty programs targeting high-value customers and those at risk of churn — measuring impact and iterating based on results
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities by analyzing customer behavior, product usage, and life-stage triggers — partnering with product and sales teams to deliver relevant offers
- Lead customer segmentation efforts combining quantitative analysis with commercial judgment to create actionable, business-relevant customer groups
- Own and report on key performance metrics: revenue per customer, churn rate, product penetration, NPS, cross-sell conversion, and share of wallet
- Collaborate with the Sales & Partnerships, Products, and Branch Network Support directorates to ensure CVM initiatives translate into frontline execution
- Work with IT and CRM teams to define system requirements for personalized communications and campaign automation
- Present insights, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
