Information Systems Specialist - Pension Funds

What you do
- Enter and process information from large databases.
- Prepare periodic reports from data.
- Report, analyze, and resolve issues arising during information processing.
- Assist colleagues in using the company's software products.
- Prepare and send documentation, and communicate with other pension companies and organizations based on legally structured procedures.
- Monitor data, create automated controls, and check the status of software products.
- Follow defined methodologies and standards.
What you bring
- Higher education in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Finance.
- Proficiency in Excel for managing and processing large data sets.
- Basic knowledge of relational databases - SQL (Oracle PL/SQL).
- Experience with request and incident management systems (ServiceNow).
- Proficiency in English.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
