Legal Adviser

What you do:

• Advise management and employees on the application of regulatory acts and the company's internal regulations.
• Prepare and coordinate drafts for contracts, agreements, and annexes.
• Provide opinions and consultations, offer advice and counsel on legal matters, and consult on and conduct commercial transactions.
• Prepare necessary documents for participation in public procurement procedures.
• Litigation.
• Assist in the collection of recourse claims and file lawsuits against the company's debtors.

What you bring:

• Master of Law and acquired legal capacity.
• At least 2 years of experience in insurance company.
• Experience in insurance law.
• Experience in contract, commercial, and property law.
• Experience in civil and administrative litigation.
• Experience in enforcement proceedings.
• Fluency in English both written and verbal.
• Ability to use Generative AI (ChatGPT, Copilot etc.).
