About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, support hiring managers as business partner, and contribute to the development of effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Act as business partner with hiring managers to understand hiring specifics and needs, define job requirements and business expectations
  • Conduct competency-based interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Contribute to developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talents
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree / Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, business partnership
  • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in automated recruiting systems, MS Office
  • Previous experience in SAP Success Factors Recruiting would be considered an advantage
  • Experience with AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Copilot etc.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in budget management will be considered an advantage
