Third Party Risk Management Specialist

What you do
- Ensure compliance with Allianz Group's Third-Party Risk Management Standard by implementing, monitoring, and communicating its requirements;
- Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms and ensure adherence to monitoring requirements for third-party agreements;
- Support business owners in executing the third-party risk management lifecycle, including risk assessments, due diligence, and risk classification (e.g., DORA);
- Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and Compliance teams during contract negotiations to ensure inclusion of necessary controls and audit requirements;
- Assist in creating business continuity, disaster recovery, and exit plans in collaboration with relevant functions
- Monitor and document third-party risk management activities, ensuring accurate and complete records in the central registry;
- Conduct training and awareness programs for business owners and stakeholders on third-party risk management processes and responsibilities;
- Identify and assess IT and information risks, supporting business owners in determining appropriate risk responses
- Regularly reassess risks and report their status to senior management and group functions;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and Allianz Group standards;
What You Bring
- Proven experience in third-party risk management, compliance, or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA), and due diligence processes;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Ability to analyze risks, propose mitigation strategies, and monitor implementation;
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Office, ChatGPT;
