This role is part of the Operations Engineering and Transformation Global Service Line where you will work in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) workstream. You will guide Operating Entities through IAM Target Operating Model transformations, enhancements, and compliance efforts.

You will be an integral part of the Senior Management office to ensure that the organization is meeting regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT departments, business units, and senior leadership, to develop and enforce governance policies, standards, and procedures.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the IAM subject matter expert and trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders
  • Lead the development and rollout of IAM strategy, governance frameworks, and target operating models
  • Perform IAM assessments, maturity evaluations, and target operating model implementation approach
  • Design and deliver scalable and compliant IAM processes, collaborating with technical architects and security teams
  • Provide direction and oversight on large-scale IAM projects or programs across regions or functions
  • Ensure IAM practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, generate reports on IAM activities and metrics
  • Implementation of IAM policies and procedure that adhere to industry best practices and comply with regulatory standards.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, change management, and communications across functional teams
  • Understanding business needs and current landscape in each Operating Entity, establish clear objectives, scope and target picture
  • Align process governance with business and regulatory requirements, ensuring effective implementation and continuous enhancement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, making recommendations as needed to help the organization innovate and excel.

Main areas of work:

  • Business Role Library and Segregation of Duties (SoD) activities
  • Authorization Concepts and access governance
  • IAM controls (Attestations, Reconciliation, Reviews)
  • Process documentation and continuous improvement
  • Audit remediation and evidence preparation
  • Stakeholder coordination and Business Owner support
  • Support of IAM Target Operating Model (TOM) implementation activities where required


What you bring :

  • Enthusiastic team player who wants to shape actively IT and feels comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex IT issues in a way that is appropriate for the target group
  • Ability to independently prioritize and to work independently, flexible, efficiently and target oriented
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT Framework
  • Project management and reporting experience and the ability to operate in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills and be able to build trusting working relationships with diverse people.

You have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Over 4-5 years of proven experience in Technology, with a background in consultancy, software development, or cybersecurity.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on strategic and conceptual thinking.
  • Skill and experience in designing and carrying out training/workshops for different types of stakeholders
  • Foundational understanding of IAM concepts (e.g, provisioning, authentication, RBAC, PAM)
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the cybersecurity and IAM space
  • Fluency in English
