  • Provide architectural direction to agile development teams, engineering leads, and vendor partners to ensure consistent implementation of integration patterns, coding standards, non‑functional requirements, and health‑insurance domain alignment.
  • Ensure platform interoperability with insurance domain processes, including Policy Issuance, Endorsements, Claims (cashless & reimbursement), Provider Management, Underwriting, Renewals, Billing, and Insurance Accounting.
  • Champion reliability, performance, observability and compliance, especially for high‑volume transactions such as eKYC, claim adjudication, cashless approvals, and provider validations in the Indian ecosystem.

    • Data exchange formats used in India: JSON, XML, HL7/FHIR (preferred)
  • Strong experience with PAS integration architectures (policy, claims, underwriting, billing).
