Solutions Designer - HR (m/f/d)

We are looking for a highly skilled and autonomous HR Solutions Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to both support and project activities, with a strong focus on HRIS tools, particularly payroll-related workflows and employee central. You will be responsible for designing, specifying, and supporting HR solutions in an Agile/Scrum environment while collaborating closely with both business and technical teams.
This role follows the French Calendar and CET working hours.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and assess the impact of proposed functional evolutions

Draft functional specifications based on business requirements

Conduct and facilitate workshops with stakeholders
-
Design and oversee data transformation processes for migration activities

Define test strategies aligned with specifications
-
Execute and prioritize test cases and follow up on test progress

Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand payroll and HR data flows
-
Support production environments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Tools & Technologies:
-
HR Tools: SuccessFactors (basic level), ADP (basic understanding required)

Productivity & Collaboration: Microsoft Tools, Notepad++, Confluence, JIRA

Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile methodology, including SAFe and Scrum, with practical experience using JIRA and Confluence

Experience & Education:
-
Previous experience in HRIS environments, especially Payroll modules

Proven track record in designing and implementing HR solutions

Experience working in Agile project environments

Bachelor’s degree in HRIS, Information Systems, Business, or related fields (Master’s preferred)
