What you do
1. 负责采购项目的执行与管理,了解采购需求并高效地推进采购流程,确保采购成本的合理性和竞争力;记录汇总采购项目执行情况并进行采购档案的管理。
2. 负责供应商开发、评估、选择和日常管理,开展供应商尽职调查工作,建立和维护供应商数据库,并按期进行供应商年度评估及优化。
3. 负责集团项目的管理,包括但不限于集团制度的研究与本地执行,项目日常沟通与管理,项目文档管理等。
4. 负责采购项目的PO单出具,以及相关采购事项的单据审核,并按需配合内外部审计等材料的支持。
5. 严格遵守法律法规、公司内控制度/采购制度等相关要求,确保采购活动开展的合规性。
6. 参与采购制度的制定和采购流程的优化,提供合理化建议,并提升流程效率。
What you bring
1. 本科及以上学历,良好的英语沟通能力。
2. 2-5年采购岗位相关工作经验,或有金融、保险行业工作经验优先。也欢迎应届生同学申请。
3. 熟练使用办公软件,比如MS Office等。
4. 良好的沟通能力、团队协作能力。
5. 良好的逻辑思维及判断能力,能合理安排工作优先级并高效推进各项工作
