Overall Objectives:

Primarily responsible for the quality review of ATA Infrastructure and application IT changes. Main coordinator within the process and is the focal point regarding IT changes for both the customer and the organization. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

           Change Management Process:

    • Develop and Maintain change management procedures and policies.
    • Implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
    • Ensure changes are documented, evaluated, implemented and reviewed in a controlled manner.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

    • Identify potential risks and impacts associated with changes and communicate these to stakeholders.

Change Evaluation and Approval:

    • Review and approve change requests based on impact, risk, and benefit analysis.

    • Coordinate with Change Advisory Board (CAB) to ensure changes are properly evaluated and approved.

 

 

 

Implementation and Monitoring:

    • Oversee the implementation of changes, ensuring they are carried out according to plan and schedule.
    • Monitor changes post-implementation to ensure they achieve the desired outcomes and do not negatively impact operations.

Reporting:

    • Provide regular reports on change management activities, including metrics on change success rates and areas for improvement.

 Continuous Improvement:

    • Analyze change management processes and identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement best practices and tools to enhance change management efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Familiarity with basic AI tools is considered an advantage.
