Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Attraction Specialist to join our People and Culture (HR) team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment process, responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent for mainly Operations activities, Executive/Senior-level positions within the organisation. The ideal candidate will also bring a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for employer branding.
What You Do:
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Source and attract top talent for complex and niche roles through innovative sourcing strategies
- Provide regular updates and insights on market trends, talent availability, and sourcing effectiveness
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Partnerships & Stakeholder Management
- Develop and manage partnerships with universities to build early talent pipelines
- Establish and maintain relationships with institutions and vendors, including sourcing partnerships within French-speaking African countries
- Manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Employer Branding & Events
- Lead and coordinate job fairs, Open Days and any other recruiting events
- Drive employer branding activities to enhance the organisation's visibility and attractiveness in the talent market
- Represent the organisation as a brand ambassador at external events and forums
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Significant experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on mid-to-senior level hiring
- Proven track record in sourcing for complex and niche roles
- Experience managing vendor and institutional partnerships
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
- Experience sourcing talent across diverse geographies, particularly French-speaking African countries
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Fluency in English and French
