The Specialist Training & Quality will be reporting to the Manager Training & Quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct an initial needs assessment of customer service practices and French language fluency among call handlers
  • Design and deliver a targeted training program to:
    • Strengthen customer service attitude and soft skills
    • Improve call handling etiquette and emotional intelligence
    • Enhance fluency and confidence in spoken French, with a focus on real call scenarios
  • Deliver interactive workshops, group sessions, and individual coaching
  • Equip team leaders, supervisors, and internal trainers with tools and frameworks to provide ongoing coaching
  • Develop practical reference materials (e.g., scripts, language aids, service checklists)
  • Monitor progress and provide reports on training effectiveness, engagement, and areas for improvement
  • Provide actionable recommendations for sustaining service and language excellence post-engagement

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a corporate trainer, learning consultant, or customer service coach
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management, call center operations, and service quality standards
  • Native or fluent level of French (spoken and written), with experience teaching or coaching business French
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills to assess performance gaps and recommend training strategies
  • Experience in empowering frontline leaders and building internal training capabilities
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and effective coaching techniques
