We are looking for a Sales Analyst and Marketing Officer (m/f/d), based in Stockholm.
Your Team
Our team is committed to enhancing sales reporting, planning, forecasting, and analysis within the Market Management function. We produce monthly and quarterly sales reports by collecting and verifying information from various sources. Additionally, we support marketing activities, including surveys and events.
The Impact You Will Have
Reporting to the Regional Managing Director Nordics, you will play a key part in establishing a robust sales and marketing strategy supporting both the Nordic region and the Benelux region, contributing to strategic growth and optimizing market presence through data-driven insights.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

Sales Reporting: Responsible for timely production of country/Line of Business sales reports (monthly/quarterly) in the predefined format, including quality checking and consolidation of all local sales figures.

Data Quality Assurance: Ensure high levels of data quality in Salesforce.com (SFDC) by collaborating with local areas. Provide support and advice to Underwriting, Operations, and Market Management teams for ad hoc requests and special projects as needed.

Sales & Marketing Initiatives: Analyze sales-related data, primarily from SFDC, and contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

Marketing Initiatives: Coordinate the annual relationship survey and other relevant marketing initiatives, including events, ensuring compliance processes are executed and documented.

Sales Management Tool: Contribute to the development and continuous enhancement of the global sales management tool, Salesforce.com.

Training and Facilitation: Serve as a referral point for SFDC queries from users and facilitate SFDC training sessions as required.
What You’ll Bring to the Role

Proven experience in underwriting or development roles within industrial/specialty insurance, with strong knowledge in at least one Line of Business.

Background in analytical roles, such as sales environments or controlling, with expertise in at least one trade sector.

Demonstrable ability to foster long-term, profitable relationships at senior levels in broker and client organizations.

Skilled in using sales tools like Salesforce.com, with excellent computer skills in Excel and Access.

Ability to effectively support sales teams and understand the insurance sales life cycle, including knowledge of various sales channels.

Strong communication, presentation, and influencing abilities to convey ideas clearly and motivate action without authority.

Preferred degree in relevant fields and completion of professional insurance qualifications (e.g., CII).

Fluent English is required, speaking the local language is of an advantage.

Experience in applying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to improve business processes and decision-making is highly beneficial.
