Job purpose/role
AIM Investment Processes and Processes / Data Management & Ops. (DMO) is responsible for the architecture and design of investment processes and related data management processes, selection and steering of service providers, project management and budget management. As a Data Analyst for Investment Reporting you will work with experienced experts from various areas and state-of-the-art tools to onboard new clients and ensure smooth reporting for existing clients. You will be part of the COO department and report to the head of Data Management & Operations.
Key responsibilities
- Design, project management and implementation of investment data deliveries and onboarding of new clients
- Ensure smooth flow of data from the original providers to the various stakeholders at AIM
- Key contact and link for data and IT providers as well as internal stakeholders, i.e. for change management processes
- Define quality checks and follow-up on data quality issues, whether IT driven or business driven
Key requirements/skills/experience
- Strong academic background (university degree in computer science, IT, finance, business administration or mathematics) with focus on finance / investments/mathematics or equivalent professional experience in the area
- Very high customer and team orientation
- Personal drive and “getting things done” mentality
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Project management skills
- Experience with SQL or other query languages, advanced MS office tools and Power BI Suite
