About the role
The primary purpose of this role is to translate AI strategy and use case into structured, executable delivery across the enterprise. This role ensures AI initiatives are sequenced, resourced and delivered effectively embedding strong agile practices, managing cross‑technology dependencies, and driving measurable value realisation. You will also be responsible for leading a team of 4-6 Data Scientists.
- Establish strong agile practices within AI projects (ceremonies, backlog hygiene, sprint planning).
- Develop and manage structured project plans, milestones, stage gates and value tracking and improve planning accuracy and delivery predictability.
- Support efficient AI solution design working with project teams.
- Identify delivery risks and manage mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate engagement with Architecture, Cyber, Data Platforms and Infrastructure teams and manage dependencies across multiple technology domains.
- Define and monitor value metrics for AI models.
- Ensure projects align to AI and broader organisational strategies and provide executive reporting on the AI portfolio.
- Lead and develop data scientist on stakeholder engagement and project management.
About you
- 7+ years in technology delivery, program management or transformation roles within a large complex corporate organisation. Previous experience in projects across data, analytics or AI initiatives is highly essential.
- Experience in a people management role, leading high-performing teams
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders across business and technology.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- Experience working across architecture, cyber and infrastructure domains.

- Excellent verbal communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
