The main purpose of this role is to develop and coordinate initiatives and communications that contribute to the delivery of the business’s people and customer strategies.
About the role
- Manage the national training calendar for Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation programs, providing end to end training coordination and event support. This includes full logistics management (registrations, bookings, RSVPs, venues, session links, speaker liaison, technology checks, and occasional in office support), coordination of external trainers, and the seamless delivery of national training sessions and events.
- Coordinate and deliver people and customer focused initiatives that support business strategy, workforce planning, and client value propositions.
- Manage stakeholder engagement by identifying key contacts, facilitating presentations, workshops, and forums, and ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners.
- Develop and maintain structured communication plans, including regular reporting on project progress, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
- Oversee corporate project involvement, contributing to change management programs, governance committees, and cross functional initiatives as required.
About you
- Background in insurance preferred; adjacent experience in insurance, health, legal, or claims-related environments will also be considered.
- Previous experience in a business support, project coordination, communications, or change management role within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering strategic initiatives and sustaining outcomes across multiple projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build professional relationships and influence outcomes at senior levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to diverse audiences and effectively manage competing priorities.
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
