The primary purpose of this role is to facilitate business improvement and innovation, identify process improvement opportunities and improve processes and apply change management principles that result in measurable positive outcomes for customer, efficiency or financial results.

 

About the role

  • Undertaking continuous improvement initiatives and projects, utilising improvement methodologies and frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Analysing available data and inputs to optimise and continuously update Verint telephony model and libraries (for example speech analytics)
  • Facilitating workshops to understand customer requirements and process flows, developing business cases/charters, identifying problem and opportunity statements, validating data with stakeholders, identifying bottlenecks, analysing root causes, and proposing solutions.
  • Consulting to assess the viability of potential solutions for process improvement and quantifying opportunities.
  • Utilise tools for assessing opportunities for continuous improvement eg process mining, data review
  • Assisting in implementing and delivering improvements, including change management, in collaboration with Project Managers and other business units.
  • Supporting the promotion of a continuous improvement culture across all areas of the business.
  • Delivering assigned projects in line with agreed scope and timeframes, ensuring adherence to relevant Allianz AI policies and procedures.

 

 

About you

  • Analysing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities, including the outputs of models included in telephony systems (e.g., Verint), to enhance operational effectiveness and service delivery.
  • Facilitating workshops to engage stakeholders, understand current state processes, and identify continuous improvement (CI) opportunities that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Financial services industry experience is highly advantageous, particularly within complex, regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools and familiar with tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns and trends.
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills, combined with a curious and creative mind set.
  • Excellent attention to detail, completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and with the ability to quickly identity errors or inconsistencies within information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audience at all levels with clarity, impact and influence. Intermediate or above Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Previous experience in process mining projects or process mining tools such as Celonis is desirable.
