CASE MANAGER – GROUP ACCIDENT AND HEALTH CLAIMS | SYDNEY

The role

We have an opportunity for an experienced Claims professional to join our Life, CCI and Health Claims team in Sydney. Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be part of a high-performance culture and join a results-driven team consisting of Claims Service Consultants and administrative support staff. 

 

As Case Manager, you will be our first point of contact for new claimants and assist existing customers with their enquiries.You will have passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers in their “Moment of Truth" and act as a true ambassador of a trusted brand.‎  

 

Main responsibilities

  • Manage initial and ongoing assessment of claims through to finalization 
  • Build effective relationships with a variety of key ‎‎stakeholders - both internal and external. 
  • Ensure consistent delivery of a high standard of customer service and provide regular updates to customers throughout the duration of their claim. 

 

About you

  • Experience in managing Accident and Health Insurance Claims is preferrable or proven experience in managing Personal Injury claims.
  • Strong drive and interest in leveraging your customer-focused experience to grow a career in case management.
  • Known for your empathetic style and customer-focused approach, allowing you to ‘walk beside our customers.’
  • Ability to handle difficult situations professionally while resolving complex issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, providing advice and guidance to other team members.
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
