About the role


The purpose of this role is to support change management analysis, design, and execution within a complex transformation program. Reporting to the Senior Program Change Manager, it involves hands-on delivery, managing detailed outputs across multiple streams, diverse stakeholders, and competing priorities, while ensuring collaboration and high-quality outcomes.

 

  • Conduct change analysis and deliverables, including Change Impact Assessments, Stakeholder Analysis, Change Plans, and Embedment Tracking.
  • Support the Senior Program Change Manager in developing and embedding the Program Change Management strategy.
  • Guide early change analysis during Sprint 0 to define scope and identify impacts for Learning and Communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with Learning and Communications teams to align on Training Needs, Learning Plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and collaboration across teams and program initiatives.
  • Act as a core member of the Business Readiness Team, balancing priorities and driving actionable outcomes across transformation streams.

  • Proven experience delivering change management in complex, multi-stream environments.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills across all program levels.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, deliver high-quality outputs, and operate independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated skills in translating complex analysis into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Be pragmatic, analytical, and delivery-focused, with a strong people-centric mindset.
  • Strong capability in managing ambiguity and complexity, driving actionable solutions.
