About the role
- Building and containing Chatbot and Voicebots solutions for our customers.
- Anything stakeholder engagement to understand business requirements and design ChatBot and Voicebot workflows accordingly.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with existing systems and that does voice is and troubleshoot issues related to Chatbot and Voicebots.
- Staying up to date with latest Chatbot and Voicebot technology trends and assess new solutions for potential implementation.
- Collaborating with experts in the Allianz Group to exchange best practice and learnings.
- Documenting Chatbot and Voicebot solutions and contributing to the knowledge base.
- Participating in the continuous improvement of Chatbot and Voicebot development processes.
- Editing and repurposing digital and printed content assets ensuring information conveyed is accurate, compliant and is fit-for-the-purpose and appropriate for the chatbot channel.
- Providing professional advice about the content management process, digital content, usability, user-centred design, and information architecture in the delivery of Chatbots and Voicebots on the group platform.
- Researching and staying abreast of digital chatbot industry trends and informing the business of their capability to channels.
- Contributing to the transition to online customer experiences and delivery of signature digital customer experiences to align with strategies to win, retain, grow customers.
- Mapping digital customer journey to establish the customer flow to ensure internal and external customers have a positive “Allianz Experience”, including timely communications, quality of service, and management of expectations for new development and problem solutions.
- Applying advanced modular approaches to the group platform, reusing and sharing components across solutions to ensure consistent designs and user and customer experience.
About you
- Understanding of building and maintaining conversational Chatbot / Voicebots.
- Experience in integrating Chatbot and Voicebots with existing systems and data sources.
- Knowledge of bot workflows and Natural Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques.
- Highly developed ‘first principles’ problem-solving skills, combined with a curious and creative mindset.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
- Insurance or Financial Services background is preferred but not essential
