DIGITAL CONTENT SPECIALIST – 12 Month Contract – SYDNEY, MELBOURNE OR BRISBANE

About the role

  • Enhancing the digital customer experience by supporting Allianz’s digital-first strategy and helping transition services from offline to online.
  • Creating and managing high-quality digital content that is user-focused, technically accurate, and aligned with brand, policy, and accessibility standards.
  • Reviewing and repurposing content across digital and print channels to ensure it is compliant, up to date, and fit for purpose.
  • Providing expert guidance on digital usability, content strategy, user-centred design, and information architecture to support content delivery.
  • Maintaining digital standards and brand consistency through the creation of governance materials, ongoing content optimisation, and alignment with industry trends.

 

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or equivalent
  • Significant experience in digital marketing or a related role 
  • Experience in delivering projects using agile methodologies 
  • Comprehensive technical understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact Allianz 
  • Experience working with GenAI platforms such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot to optimise content and improve search rankings 
  • Familiarity with platform optimisation and digital analytics tools such as Contentsquare, Semrush, and Siteimprove
