About the role

 

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and enhance digital experience journeys for AAL customers and partners, developing and steering the digital journey roadmap for all online touchpoints.

  • Lead the development and implementation of a digital journey roadmap in collaboration with product, business and delivery teams, to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a performance framework to enhance digital journey outcomes, driving higher customer and stakeholder engagement, improving Net Promoter Score (NPS), increasing sales of Gross Written Premium (GWP), optimising cost ratios, and achieving service efficiencies.
  • Implement a consistent and integrated digital sales and service strategy, optimising Allianz digital channels, to meet  revenue and cost targets.
  • Continually assess digital journey performance to manage and prioritise changes, balancing stakeholder needs and business initiatives, and maintaining a dynamic backlog.
  • Recommend optomisations for end-to-end digital customer journeys, fostering an Agile culture in the organisation.
  • Lead larger projects, product and regulatory changes and any activities that impact customer journeys and experiences.
  • Work with digital specialists and other key stakeholders to improve digital sales and service experiences and ensure effective delivery for Allianz.

About you

 

  • This role is a 12 month max term contract
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing digital journeys, complex projects, and roadmaps.
  • Strong background in online customer experience, usability trends, and information design.
  • Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of design thinking and customer journey mapping.
  • Ability to quickly understand and navigate regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements relevant to AAL.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency with Adobe or similar MarTech systems, as well as software, databases, planning, reporting, and communication tools
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
