We are looking for a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term opportunity. In this role, you’ll partner with a diverse and inspiring client group acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees. You will focus on cyclical and transactional HR activities, all while being part of a small, highly supportive HRBP team.

 

About the role

 

The primary purpose of this role is to provide people advice and support by partnering with business leaders to drive people strategies that optimise business performance and champion the organisational values and culture.

 

  • In this role, you will partner with a wide range of clients, providing guidance and support to both leaders and employees while working alongside the Senior HRBP and HRBP.
  • As a trusted advisor, you will help foster strong relationships and facilitate effective collaboration across the division.
  • Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality support for cyclical and transactional HR activities such as performance and reward, talent, engagement and employee relations, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and fostering a positive employee experience.
  • Partner with and draw on expertise from various HR teams to design and implement tailored people solutions that effectively address the evolving needs of the business.

 

About you

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in a Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years Human Resources experience in an advisory or consulting capacity or within a medium to large complex organisation.
  • Demonstrated record of working consultatively with others to solve problems and implement solutions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the total HR function.
  • Proven experience demonstrating the ability to co‑create valuable analytical solutions with key business stakeholders.
  • Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish durable professional relationships and influence outcomes.
