Reporting to the General Manager Business Transformation, you will lead, manage, and implement Agile at scale. You will achieve this through Commercial Transformation project teams by working with key stakeholders to scope, manage, and deliver key initiatives on time. The goal is to achieve the Commercial's future strategy.

About the role:

  • Lead the outcomes of a complex digital delivery by supporting multiple Product Owner lead work streams to improve customer and partner design and maximise value.
  • Lead engagement across multiple departments and senior executives in programme initiation, governance and delivery.
  • Prepare strategic presentations, project updates and management reports to keep senior stakeholders informed of new initiatives and programme status.
  • Lead and/or participate in senior management and global meetings.
  • Challenge existing processes and ways of working to ensure the programme delivers a scalable target customer experience.
  • Deliver programmes within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with AAL project governance and risk, audit and compliance frameworks.

About you:

  • 10+ years project management experience.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and demonstrated experience in overseeing the adoption of Agile practices within organisations.
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed financial services/ general insurance organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of continuous improvement projects to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • In-depth understanding of strategy development and or working with multiple teams to align strategy with organisational vision and in translating vision to action to achieve desired results.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of governance requirements and frameworks.
  • Proven analytical and ability to help evaluate complex and detailed data in the development and management of a range of insurance products.
  • Previous team leadership experience.
  • Experience with leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
