The Head of Cyber Program Delivery leads the successful delivery of Allianz Australia’s cyber program, driving initiatives that strengthen cyber capability and support the organisation’s cyber strategy. Working within a hybrid delivery model, the role provides strategic oversight, ensures delivery outcomes are achieved, and partners closely with Allianz Technology to align execution with business priorities.

This is a 24 month fixed-term contract.

About the role

• Align cyber initiatives with Allianz’s cyber strategy, enterprise architecture and technology roadmap.
• Lead the planning, oversight and successful delivery of cyber initiatives, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and aligned to business needs.
• Act as the key liaison between Allianz Australia and Allianz Technology, providing clear reporting and updates to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor program risks and issues, proactively resolving challenges and escalating critical matters when required.
• Partner with Allianz Technology to support delivery against agreed service levels, performance measures and contractual obligations.
• Ensure initiatives are delivered on time and achieve agreed outcomes through effective governance, oversight and assurance.
• Work closely with operational teams to embed solutions into business processes and measure ongoing performance and benefits.

About you

• Extensive experience across cyber security domains, including identity and access management, threat management, security architecture, third party security, cloud, data and AI.
• Demonstrated experience at a senior level in cyber security experience, including partnering with Risk and Compliance teams to identify, manage and remediate cyber risks.
• Proven experience translating cyber strategy into delivery roadmaps and programs that strengthen security capability and reduce risk.
• Demonstrated success leading large scale cyber security programs from initiation through to implementation and benefits realisation.
• Strong ability to establish program objectives, metrics and key risk indicators to measure delivery performance and security maturity.
• Experience managing technology partners and vendors, including performance, governance and commercial outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical, risk and executive audiences.
