Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will lead the annual strategy planning process and develop and support corporate, divisional and business level strategy formulation.

About the role:
- Lead Allianz Australia's annual strategy planning process, ensuring alignment with Group strategic priorities and continuously evolving our strategic planning approach.
- Partner with Executive and senior leaders to develop, challenge and refine corporate, divisional and business-level strategies.
- Drive alignment across portfolios, influencing senior stakeholders and fostering collaboration to achieve strategic objectives.Lead the design and implementation of high-value, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that deliver sustainable business outcomes.
- Provide strategic insights, market intelligence and evidence-based recommendations to inform decision-making and prioritisation.
- Oversee the identification of emerging market, customer and industry trends, translating insights into strategic opportunities and actions.
- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing strategy team, fostering an inclusive, collaborative and growth-focused culture.
About you:
- 7+ years experience developing and implementing enterprise strategy within a large, complex and matrixed financial services, insurance or similarly regulated organisation.
- A proven track record partnering with Executive-level stakeholders to shape strategic direction and deliver business outcomes.
- Strong leadership capability with experience building high-performing teams and leading through influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, evaluate complex issues and develop practical solutions.
- Experience leveraging market intelligence, customer insights and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and priorities.
