Investigations Manager General Insurance – RAA – Multiple Location

About the role

  • Oversee and guide the investigations team, ensuring effective management, development, and motivation to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate complex insurance investigations, ensuring thoroughness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Identify and implement improvements in investigation processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, compliance, and claims departments, to facilitate investigations and share insights.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of investigation outcomes, maintaining detailed documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

 

 

About you

  • Experienced operational leader, able to guide, coach and nurture a team, either in the insurance industry or similar corporate, highly regulated environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills paired with a compassionate approach to assess complex situations and develop thoughtful investigation strategies.
  • Confident leader with the ability to identify gaps in knowledge, upskill your team and optimize delivery.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance, with a keen eye for detail in all investigative activities.
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
