- Oversee and guide the investigations team, ensuring effective management, development, and motivation to achieve departmental objectives.
- Manage and coordinate complex insurance investigations, ensuring thoroughness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Identify and implement improvements in investigation processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, compliance, and claims departments, to facilitate investigations and share insights.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of investigation outcomes, maintaining detailed documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
About you
- Experienced operational leader, able to guide, coach and nurture a team, either in the insurance industry or similar corporate, highly regulated environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills paired with a compassionate approach to assess complex situations and develop thoughtful investigation strategies.
- Confident leader with the ability to identify gaps in knowledge, upskill your team and optimize delivery.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance, with a keen eye for detail in all investigative activities.
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
