About the role
- Collaborate closely with our Automotive partner accounts to develop and drive the strategic growth of the partnerships focusing on expanding the portfolio and implementing new business and key retention strategies.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with Partners by understanding their evolving needs and determine their present and future needs in order to propose suitable services and upgrades.
- Grow and develop existing Partner portfolios with care and inline with revenue targets while managing budgets to support sustainable success.
- Act as a dedicated partner liaison, fostering open communication and supporting Partners’ strategic planning with empathy and attentiveness.
- Monitor progress and ensure effective account retention through defence strategies.
- Maintain clear, organised records, applying effective, respectful sales approaches and ensuring all partnerships follow compliance guidelines.
About you
- Brings senior-level Account Management experience in financial services or general insurance, with a strong background in automotive and/or motor claims, being able understand markets needs and challenges for effective business planning
- Skilled in collaborative business planning, to understand Partners’ requirements and solutions to identify and close business development opportunities that contribute to portfolio growth.
- Excellent communication skills, able to lead and influence at all levels and drive your strategic vision with clarity and impact.
- Proven strategic sales ability and persuasive negotiation, and influencing to create Partner-centered solutions through careful analysis of data and financial insights.
- Possesses deep knowledge of insurance products and legislation, with a keen ability to understand market needs and gently guide business development opportunities that enhance organizational growth.
- Actively cultivates and nurtures professional relationships and networks, strengthening industry ties and encouraging mutually beneficial partnerships
