About the role
- Collaboratively shape and guide marketing strategies and plans (annual, quarterly, monthly) alongside internal teams to uplift Financial Institutions (FI) and Automotive dealers.
- Foster teamwork across functions to deliver integrated, multi-channel marketing programs, serving as a supportive and trusted marketing partner for FI and Dealer divisions.
- Develop and nurture compelling marketing propositions and campaigns, curating a library of advertising and co-branded materials that strengthen partner relationships.
- Champion alignment in marketing communications, ensuring consistency with brand standards and attentiveness to regulatory requirements (PDDD procedure).
- Continuously enhance marketing approaches through thoughtful data insights, mindful risk awareness, and streamlined engagement practices.
About you
- Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent, with strong grounding in campaign design, Martech platforms, compliance, and risk management.
- Demonstrated success in B2B/B2C marketing, advertising, project/program delivery, and thriving in collaborative, matrixed organisations or agency environments.
- Adept at drawing insights from data to inform decisions, with a balanced, solutions-focused, and inclusive approach.
- Experienced in guiding multiple complex programs, responsibly managing budgets, and building strong, trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Communication & Attention to Detail: Warm and empathetic communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, coupled with a thoughtful eye for detail, clarity, and impact.
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Please note this is a 12-month secondment opportunity.
