The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to the design and delivery of enterprise-wide talent and succession initiatives that build workforce capability, strengthen internal pipelines, and enable sustainable organisational performance.
About the role
- Collaborate with Business Leaders and P&C Business Partners to effectively deliver the annual talent cycle, focusing on talent identification, succession planning, and development activities.
- Utilize expertise to innovate and enhance the Talent Management framework, improving processes for talent identification, assessment, and development.
- Act as a trusted advisor on key talent within the Senior Associate and Allianz Executive groups, facilitating talent profiling, internal mobility, and career planning.
- Strengthen talent, development, and succession plans by identifying gaps and working with Talent Acquisition, Global Talent Brokerage, P&C Business Partners, and Business Leaders.
- Prepare and submit talent updates to Senior Management and the Board, manage key talent data within the HRIS, and provide data-driven insights on talent management outcomes.
About you
- Proven experience in delivering talent management initiatives, including talent reviews, high potential identification, succession planning, and career planning within a global, matrixed organization.
- Strong collaborative skills, effectively partnering with Talent Experts, P&C Business Partners, Business Leaders, and Key Talent to achieve desired outcomes.
- Excellent analytical abilities to derive insights from diverse data sources, with proficiency in handling raw data independently.
- Confident presentation skills, capable of preparing and delivering impactful PowerPoint materials for Senior Management and Board reviews.
- Strong program management capabilities, adept at managing multiple stakeholders, navigating complexity, and leveraging technology platforms like SuccessFactors, Power BI, and PowerApps for efficient talent management.
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
