About the role

 

The primary purpose of this role is to lead a team that plans, schedules and supports learning solutions while managing the governance of our learning strategy. At Allianz, we leverage SuccessFactors as our primary LMS alongside multiple other LMS platforms to deliver and manage diverse learning solutions effectively. This role ensures alignment with our learning strategy and optimises the use of these systems to meet organisational goals.

 

  • Partner with Senior Managers across Learning and Development to create and maintain a single view of learning plan, prioritise and execute the learning offerings and programs.
  • Lead, manage and optimise the learner experience for scheduling, logistics, and enquiries, ensuring a seamless and engaging process for all stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and governance of our learning strategy.
  • Drive efficiencies in learning solutions, enhancing the learner experience while fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
  • Oversee the planning cycle and key learning and development projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and impactful learning programs that meet business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS and risk management requirements, contributing to a safe and effective learning environment.
  • Act as a key advocate for continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems and outcomes that benefit learners and the organisation.

 

 

 

About you

 

  • Proven experience in leading and managing learning operations, with a strong focus on enhancing the learner experience and delivering impactful outcomes; ideally within a complex or heavily regulated organisation. 
  • Proven experience and dedication to compliance, risk management and achieving positive results for customers and the organisation. Experience in overseeing audits and controls within the Learning and Development domain will be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience with SuccessFactors is a key requirement.  
  • Exceptional project/change management skills, with the ability to oversee planning cycles, manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative and people-focused approach, fostering team development, high performance, and a culture of continuous learning.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organisation.
  • A passion for innovation and improvement, with a proactive mindset to identify and implement opportunities for growth and efficiency.
