Reporting to the Regional Manager Operations, your role will provide expert focus on sales, business development and marketing. This aligns to our strategy to grow the multinational business in the Australia region.

About the role:

Responsible for the sales, business development and marketing of the multinational customer relations in the region by understanding and promoting a clear multinational proposition both internally and externally (including industry forums and events).

Coordinate with responsible functions to build a dedicated multinational pipeline.

Implement the ongoing development strategy for multinational insurance working with distribution to build relationships with multinational insurance brokers to support the growth ambition and to monitor and anticipate global client issues.

Prepare sales pitches, deal team participation and create a consistent value proposition for your multinational clients and brokers.

Refine and improve conversion rates through client feedback, ongoing data reviews and ensure broker and internal stakeholder education.

Maintain and establish a "best in market" team for larger multinational clients across UW, Claims, Distribution and MN orchestration (Ops) to improve your client value proposition.
About you:

10+ years experience within insurance and underwriting/ product knowledge (Property and Liability) and client/ broker market experience.

Previous experience with International Insurance programmes.

Prior experience with global, matrixed organisations.
