About the role

 

  • Lead and collaborate with business stakeholders to develop the One-to-One marketing strategy for the AAL business, to support the achievement of acquisition, retention, and cross-sell targets.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder engagement to identify campaign and product communication needs aligned with the evolving business landscape, strategic objectives and priorities.
  • Translate opportunities in the business strategy to develop a consolidated and aligned One to One marketing plan that optimizes experience and journeys.
  • Lead the development and execution of personalised campaigns that deliver 5-star customer experience.  
  • Work with the campaign analytics team to build and deploy 1:1 (email/SMS/DM) campaign activity in Adobe Campaign marketing automation platform
  • Measure and analyse campaign performance leveraging insights to optimize future investment.
  • Manage agency relationships to produce and deliver high-quality campaigns according to the brief.
  • Develop and streamline processes and procedures to enable an effective operating rhythm and proactively manage risk.
  • Act as a custodian of the Allianz brand, ensuring alignment and consistency of brand messaging across marketing material.

 

About you

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years’ experience in personalised marketing campaigns involving complex datasets, including the utilisation of test and learn and predictive models.
  • Proven ability to deliver commercial results and achieve planned outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach a CRM execution team to deliver planned activities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact AAL. Experience in financial services is ideal.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency with Adobe, Salesforce, or similar MarTech systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools.
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
