The primary purpose of the role is to ensure internal and external expectations are exceeded and business objectives are met by efficiently undertaking claim processing and general administrative functions, resolving customer queries, and assisting Case Managers if required

 

About the role 

  • Provide high-level service to internal and external customers by efficiently responding to and resolving claim processing queries in line with established service standards and timeframes
  • Exceed customer expectations and meet business objectives through effective claim processing, administrative functions, and support to case managers as needed
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in work completion, ensuring decisions are evidence-based and clearly documented according to internal and external policies and procedures
  • Uphold professionalism and efficiency in all interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to organizational standards

 

About you

  • Experienced in customer service within insurance or finance sectors, with specific knowledge of Workers Compensation and a strong understanding of regulatory and legislative compliance requirements
  • Possesses a customer-focused mindset, dedicated to delivering high-quality services and ensuring positive customer experiences
  • Demonstrates technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools, maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at managing internal client expectations, and consistently meeting agreed timelines
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
