About the role

  • Reporting Frameworks: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) reporting frameworks, ensuring alignment with global and local standards.
  • Management Reporting: Oversee the delivery of accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and analytics to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Data Governance: Establish and maintain robust data governance practices, including quality standards, controls, and documentation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, automation, and efficiency using technology and best practices.
  • Data Analysis Expertise: Provide expert guidance on data analysis, interpretation, and presentation for business cases, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
  • Integration with Group Finance: Lead the integration of ECPMO data and reporting requirements with Group Finance processes and systems.
  • Compliance and Support: Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and frameworks while supporting ad-hoc analysis, data requests, and reporting needs.

 

About You

  • Exposure to centralised or enterprise wide PMO's.
  • Significant experience in Project and/or financial reporting, data governance, or management reporting, ideally in a medium to large complex organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading reporting frameworks and data governance initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and articulate options for decision making.
  • Proven ability to design and implement reporting solutions that meet business needs and drive strategic outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency in reporting tools, data visualisation platforms (Power BI), PPM tools (Planview preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
