About the role

  • Own and prioritise the Agile Squad backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for delivery with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Act as the key liaison for stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, delivery commitments, and incorporating feedback into future backlog priorities.
  • Represent the voice of the customer, translating business and customer needs into actionable backlog items and using user insights to guide product decisions.
  • Drive Agile delivery and cross-functional alignment, participating in PI planning, sprint ceremonies, and collaborating with Product Owners, Tribe Leads, and Centres of Excellence.
  • Ensure product success, compliance, and continuous improvement, monitoring key metrics, managing risks and dependencies, maintaining regulatory compliance, and leading the squad to deliver strategic business value.

 

About you

  • 2–4 years’ experience in agile delivery roles, with practical knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, backlog management, user stories, prioritisation frameworks, and roadmap planning.
  • Strong ability to build stakeholder relationships, gather and validate requirements, facilitate workshops, communicate product updates, and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, including translating business requirements into actionable backlog items, tracking performance metrics, identifying risks, and maintaining delivery momentum.
  • Foundational understanding of business processes, systems, SDLC, customer journeys, technology platforms, and relevant regulatory/compliance requirements within the product domain.
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
