About the role

  • Conduct thorough analysis of thematic risks, compliance incidents, issues, and complaints to ensure effective management and resolution.
  • Assist in maintaining the integrity and quality of risk and compliance data within our Risk Management system.
  • Perform data trend analysis and prepare Key Risk Indicator Reports to facilitate divisional management oversight.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, including weekly updates, monthly Risk & Compliance reports and dashboards, Divisional Risk Declarations, and the Annual Risk Management Declaration.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of workshops with cross-divisional and business unit stakeholders, providing insights into root causes, remediation actions, and control improvements.

 

About you

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is required, with graduates from the class of 2026 encouraged to apply. Preferred fields of study include Data Analytics, Finance, or Legal Studies.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize tasks while managing multiple competing responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret diverse datasets, identify patterns, and discern trends.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and personal growth within the role.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
