About the role
The primary purpose of this role is to lead the strategy and development of mobile journeys for AAL customers, partner customers, driving the digital roadmap to meet customer and business needs.
- Develop and lead the strategy and roadmaps for digital sales and service journeys, collaborating with key stakeholders from product, business, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and desired business outcomes.
- Optimise the digital journey through Allianz digital channels to achieve revenue and cost targets while delivering a consistent and integrated digital experience.
- Dedicated to key distribution channels with responsibility for meeting plan.
- Manages large cross‑functional squads and prioritises delivery pipeline with senior stakeholders to meet strategic goals.
- Develop a digital performance framework with Digital Leadership aligned to key operational metrics, to effectively monitor digital journey performance over time. Continually assess digital journey performance to effectively prioritise the pipeline of changes for ongoing data‑driven improvement.
- Drive improvements in Voice of Customer and Net Promoter Scores (NPS), increase sales of Gross Written Premium (GWP) and cost ratio, improve service efficiencies through digital self‑serve, uplift the Allianz brand experience by minimising friction through online channels.
- Manage all digital journey change and planning activities, balancing the needs of multiple internal and external stakeholders and business initiatives, prioritising based on strategic goals, business value and impact.
- Serve as a lead in championing effective Ways of Working in the Digital CoE and more broadly across the enterprise to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, ensuring best practices in product and digital delivery.
- Lead larger projects, journeys and prioritised changes and any activities that impact the different customer journeys and experiences.
About you
- Demonstrated experience as a product owner with experience in development and/or management of mobile applications is essential. Prior experience in the general insurance industry is highly desirable.
- Experience with loyalty platforms to drive customer engagement is highly desirable.
- Experience in managing digital journeys and complex projects and roadmaps and online customer experience, usability trends and information design.
- Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies and in design thinking and customer journey mapping.
- Proven ability to quickly comprehend and navigate relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact AAL.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology or similar.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with Adobe or similar MarTech systems, software, databases, planning, reporting and communication tools.
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Please note this is a 12-month maximum term contract opportunity.
