About the role

  • Deliver high quality reporting and presentations, translating financial results into clear narratives and actionable insights, for senior management, Board and Allianz Group.
  • Lead components of the Strategic Dialogue and Planning Dialogue processes, including the development of the three-year budget and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Work collaboratively across Finance to connect actual results to forward-looking outlooks, highlighting risks and opportunities to support strategic decision making.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting and planning processes, including simplification, automation and uplift in financial storytelling.
     

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance or relevant discipline and/or industry accreditations (e.g. CA/CPA).
  • Financial Planning & Analysis experience in the General Insurance industry.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to deliver clear storylines to senior management.
