About the role

 

Reporting to the Head of Learning and Leadership, we are seeking a future thinking capability expert who excels in building and executing innovative future fit capability strategies. This is not a standard role - it requires someone with independence, influence and proven expertise in this field, coupled with a genuine commitment to care and ensuring Allianz Australia is prepared for the future.

 

  • Design and drive the future fit capability strategy to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement effective solutions.
  • Deliver capability uplift initiatives that align with strategic plans.
  • Provide insights and reports to evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy.
  • Serve as an expert in capability uplift best practices, developing policies and programs.

 

About you

 

  • Extensive experience in Organisational Development with demonstrated success in capability uplift, complemented by a relevant tertiary qualification. 
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing organisational development strategies and initiatives that drive capability uplift, behavioral change and align with business objectives. 
  • Demonstrated ability to foster cross-functional collaboration, empowering teams to realize their potential and building talent pipelines for future needs. 
  • Skilled in managing change and promoting organisational transformation through effective processes, collaboration, and communication. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing audiences at all levels with clarity and impact. 
  • Passionate about leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
